Born in Cáceres (Spain). She took a higher diploma in Singing with brilliant results at the Liceu Conservatory in Barcelona under the tutelage of the soprano Carmen Bustamante. She holds a Master´s having attended masterclasses and courses with musicians such as Gabriel Garrido, Peter Philips, Eduardo López Banzo, Richard Levitt or Gerd Türk. She holds a BA (hons) in History and Music Science at the University of La Rioja (Spain) and a BA in Art History.
Her solid musical career, which encompasses a wide variety of music, from the Middle Ages to the latest avant-garde, has taken her all over Europe and Asia. She has performed as a soprano soloist several operas, oratories and masses with orchestras such as the RTVE Orchestra, the Orchestra of Cadaqués, la Orchestra della Mitteleuropa, the Región de Murcia Symphonic Orchestra, Catalana Baroque Orchestra or La Capilla Real de Madrid Orchestra.
She has also worked with ensembles such as Pygmalion, , Capella de Ministrers, Música Ficta & Ensemble Fontegara, Fiori Musicali (UK), La Bellemont, Cinco Siglos, The Capilla Real de Madrid or Capilla Jerónimo de Carrión.
In 2012, she won the INJUVE award for the Best Classical Music Performance, in recognition of her first album, Voleras, entre seguidilla y bolera (Itinerant Classics), with Early XIXth Spanish Music for voice and guitar. She also won the Best Musical Ambassador in 2012 in the 5th Extremadura Music Awards.
She worked under many reknowned conductors including Sir Collin Davis, Ivor Bolton, Juanjo Mena, Michel Corboz, Gabriel Garrido, Václav Luks, Raphael Pichon or José Luis López Cobos.
